How to Order From Regenex
Ordering cGMP cell therapy products from Regenex Asia is a straightforward, structured process designed for clinical settings. From initial enquiry to first delivery, we aim to onboard new clinic partners efficiently while ensuring full regulatory compliance and quality documentation at every step.
The Ordering Process: 5 Steps
Initial Enquiry
Contact our partnerships team through the partner enquiry form, by email or via WhatsApp. Tell us about your clinic, the products you're interested in, your expected volumes and your location.
Qualification & Consultation
Our team reviews your enquiry, confirms your clinical licence and practice type, and arranges a consultation to discuss product requirements, supply logistics, storage, pricing and regulatory documentation.
Supply Agreement
We formalise a supply agreement covering product specifications, pricing, ordering procedures, delivery logistics and quality documentation standards. Agreements are tailored to your volume and treatment schedule.
Onboarding & Training
Before your first delivery, our team provides product handling and storage training for your clinical staff. For clinics adding exosomes to PRP protocols or introducing NK cell therapy, we provide clinical application guidance — included at no additional cost.
